A Reminder: Neocon Think Tanks and Fascism

The world, especially the Southern Hemisphere should be alarmed! Trump is concerning certain aspects almost an open Fascist (by all means a white Suprematist), but he pretended to end the Influence of the US (Neocon) Power Elite. Well, the Power Elite almost ended him. He´d been put „on_track“ pretty soon.

The US Neocon Power Elite is by now as well in control of Trump as it also is in control of the Democratic Party. For that end they used Clinton as their spearhead in the Democratic Party. She brought Victoria Nuland (quote: “fuck the EU”) into the Obama administration. Nuland is the wife of Robert Kagan. Kagan is co-founder of the neoconservative “Project for the New American Century“.

If one wants to know what is in the „pipe“ of the Neocons, one should read their think tank papers. In September 2000 the „Project for the New American Century“ issued the paper „Rebuilding America´s Defenses“. On page 60 you find the announcement of Fascist atrocities! It reads:

„And advanced forms of biological warfare that can “target” specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool.“

Surely it should not target white Anglo Saxon Protestants (WASPs) but rather the people of the Southern Hemisphere and East Asia!

This is the direct continuation of those days Apartheid South Africa´s Project Coast headed by Wouter Basson, including bio warfare against the black majority. The dream of the devilish “doctor”, dubbed “Dr Death”, was the “Black Bomb” targetting_Africans_on_basis_of_tiny_genetic_differences. Basson was also said to have had contacts to Israel on behalf of “ethnic_weapons”. The whole project has never been uncovered to the full extend. It could be suspected that the dying regime has planted HIV via its Apartheid “health system” at large scale.

The ideas from the “Project for the New American Century” can also be seen as a continuation of the „Kissinger Report“ from December 1974 (NSSM 200, http://pdf.usaid.gov/pdf_docs/PCAAB500.pdf). You will read there about population growth in „developing countries“: „Whether through government action, labor conflicts, sabotage, or civil disturbance, the smooth flow of needed Materials will be jeopardized. Although population pressure is obviously not the only factor involved, these types of frustrations are much less likely under conditions of slow or zero population growth“ (page 40) . „Overpopulation“ is „thus creating political or even national security problems for the U.S.“ (page 8).

„Wherever a lessening of population pressures through reduced birth rates can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resource supplies and to the economic interests of the United States.“

But, let´s be pretty clear, the ideas brought fourth in “Rebuilding America´s Defenses” are Nazi like ideas of “Race War”, Racism and Fascism in the true sense! And they write such things with impunity and without most people taking notice!

Addition

The Think Tank „Project for the New American Century“ (it should be mentioned that Richard_Perle, the „Prince_of_Darkness“, was among its founders) was ended in 2006. 2007 the Center_for_a_New_American_Security was founded. The name signalling a true reference to the mentioned paper „Rebuilding America´s Defenses. A stronger personal continuity is shown in the „Foreign_Policy_Initiative“, founded in 2009. Among the founders were again William_Kristol and Robert_Kagan. It appears that the PNAC became so controversial that it seemed favourable to change to „follow up“ organizations.

As for the Center for a New American Security it should be mentioned that one of its Directors was Madeleine_Albright. She was not only deeply involved into monumental_crimes_against_the_people_of_Central_Africa, but also into the death of maybe half a million children in Iraq as a consequence of those days sanctions. Famous is her reply to the question: „was_the_price_worth_it?“, „we think it was worth it!“. So speaks a Fascist!

Zur Erinnerung: Neocon Think Tanks und Faschismus

US Präsident Trump tritt oft als hetzender, polternder weißer Suprematist auf und ist sicher eine unangenehme Kreatur! Aber er hatte angekündigt, gegen die US (Neocon) Machtelite vorzugehen. Es kam umgekehrt, er ist nun unter ihrer Kontrolle und „auf_Linie“ gebracht worden. Die Demokratische Partei aber ist schon vorher weitgehend unter die Kontrolle der Neocon Machtelite gebracht worden, wobei Hillary Clinton eine bedeutende Rolle spielte. Sie brachte Victoria Nuland (“fuck the EU”) in die Obama-Regierung. Sie bewegte die Obama-Administration dazu, Libyen zu zerstören und war maßgeblich an der Bewaffnung der Terroristen in Syrien beteiligt.

Was nun in in den Köpfen der Neocons ausgebrütet wird, dafür ist das Papier „Rebuilding America´s Defenses“ aus dem September 2000 sehr bezeichnend (Autor u. a. Paul Wolfowitz). Es wurde in dem von Nulands Ehemann Robert Kagan mitbegründetem Neocon Think Tank „Project for the New American Century“ gefertigt. Dort findet sich auf S. 60 eine besonders bedrohliche Passage zu möglichen Konzepten der US-Politik für Afrika (und Asien):

Übersetzt heißt das: „Und fortgeschrittene Formen der biologischen Kriegsführung, die auf bestimmte Gentypen „zielen“ könnten die biologische Kriegsführung aus dem Reich des Terrors zu einem nützlichen politischen Instrument wandeln.“

Hier geht es sicher nicht um den Genotypus des weißen Angelsachsen, sondern Afrika und Asien sind im Visier! Dabei kann die spezifische „genetische Angriffsfähigkeit“ natürlich auch durch eine „Anwendungs-Region“ für einen Keim ersetzt werden. Es handelt sich jedenfalls um die direkte Fortsetzung der Träume von der „schwarzen Bombe“ im „Project Coast“ des damaligen Apartheid-Regimes unter Leitung von Wouter_Basson_alias_Dr_Death, um „biologischen Rassenkrieg“ ( http://tinyurl.com/bq34prg)! Die Neocon-Konzepte des Rassenkrieges knüpfen auch an das berüchtigte „Kissinger-Papier“ NSSM-200 an.

Wenn einflussreiche Kreise der US-Politik sich solchen Träumen hingeben, sollten wir in Deutschland tatsächlich alarmiert sein, zumindest, wenn das oft zitierte Nachkriegsmotto „nie wieder“ noch irgendeinen Wert haben sollte!

Ergänzung

Der Think Tank „Project for the New American Century“ (zu dessen Mitbegründern übrigens Richard_Perle, „der Fürst der Finsternis“ gehörte), wurde 2006 aufgelöst. Als Nachfolgeorganisation wurde 2009 die „Foreign_Policy_Initiative“ gegründet. Eine große Zahl der am PNAC beteiligten Personen findet sich auch in der Foreign Policy Initiative wieder, so z. B. William_Kristol Und Robert Kagan. Schon 2007 entstand das „Center_for_a_New_American_Security“, dessen Name einen deutlichen Anklang an das Papier „Rebuilding America´s Defenses“ darstellt und auch eine „defensive Maskerade“ beinhaltet. Auch die berüchtigte Madeleine_Albright war Direktorin des Centers. Sie war als Außenministerin unter Clinton nicht nur tief in die Verbrechen_gegen_die_Menschen_Zentralafrikas verwickelt, sondern auch mitschuldig an dem Tod von geschätzten 500.000 Kindern im Irak infolge der damaligen Sanktionen. Berüchtigt ist ihre Antwort auf die Frage „war_es_das_wert?“, nämlich, „wir_glauben_es_ist_den_Preis_wert“. So spricht eine Faschistin!

Grenfell Tower: Where are the Walls?

The terrible tragedy of the Grenfell Tower fire raises many questions. A striking one is: where are the walls? A video of the burnt inside show almost no walls. But fire resistant walls should be the first protection aginst an excessive tragedy! That means that the walls could not have resisted the fire as can be seen in the video:

An interesting question is: how was the building insured? Looking at the fire in video it gives the impression as if materials were purposely used to burn the building down (a bad suspicion, but the building stood in a “noble neighbourhood”):

Moreover serious fire_safety_concerns_were_raised_by_Grenfell_Tower_residents already in 2012, but obviously wiped away. After all, the way the building was refurbished short time ago is to be called a monumental crime against predominantly poor people!

Grenfell Tower: wo sind die Wände?

Die entsetzliche Tragödie im Grenfell Tower lässt viele Fragen aufkommen. Eine bedeutende Frage ist: wo sind die Wände? Wände sind der erste Schutz gegen ein ausuferndes Feuer! Auf den Aufnahmen aus dem ausgbrannten Turm sind so gut wie keine Wände zu erkennen. Sie haben offenbar dem Feuer nicht standgehalten. Eine unglaubliche Materialauswahl für die Trennwände! Hier kann man deutlich sehen, dass kaum noch Wände vorhanden sind:

Eine weitere Frage: wie war das Gebäude versichert? Die Video-Aufnahmen vom Brand lassen fast den wahrlich bösen Verdacht aufkommen, als wäre die kürzliche Renovierung regelrecht darauf angelegt worden, das Gebäude bald abbrennen zu lassen:

Die ansonsten “noble Wohngegend” lässt einem so einen – zugegebenermaßen widerlichen – Verdacht in den Kopf schießen. Wohnraum- und Bodenspekulation feiern in London fröhliche Urständ.

Jedenfalls ist die Art und Weise wie das Gebäude vor relativ kurzer Zeit “saniert” wurde, als gigantisches Verbrechen gegen (vorwiegend arme) Menschen zu werten!

Minister Müller, die “G20 Afrika-Konferenz” und Paul Kagame: brennende Fragen

Der Bundesminister für wirtschaftliche_Zusammenarbeit_und_Entwicklung, Gerd Müller warnt laut GMX vor einer afrikanischen Fluchtkrise, die 100 Millionen Menschen nach Europa treiben könnte. Er führt dieses besorgniserregende Szenario auf den verschärften Klimawandel zurück. Nun findet unbestreitbar eine deutliche Erderwärmung statt, auch, wenn es durchaus Klimaskeptiker gibt, die zumindest den menschlichen Anteil daran für gering achten. Die wissenschaftliche Mehrheit sieht die fossile Energiewirtschaft, die vor Allem in den hochindustrialisierten Ländern betrieben wird, allerdings als eine der wesentlichen Ursachen an. Aber der Bundesminister verschweigt leider dabei wohl noch viel gravierendere Ursachen für die Fluchtbewegungen aus Afrika. Und damit steht er nicht alleine.

Die “G20 Afrika-Konferenz” im Nebel?

Im Zusammenhang mit dem anstehenden G20 Treffen in Hamburg fand am 12. und 13. Juni in Berlin die “G20_Afrika-Konferenz” unter Teilnahme einer ganzen Reihe afrikanischer Präsidenten statt. Es sollte hier um “Partnerschaft” gehen. Es bedarf einer umfänglichen Betrachtung des Verhältnisses zwischen Afrika und dem Westen – um dieses Verhältnis ging es bei dem von Deutschlands G20 Vorsitz aus organisierten Treffen ja in erster Linie, um zu ermessen, was es mit “Partnerschaft” auf sich hat. Erst dann wird wohl begreiflich, warum viele Ursachen der anhaltenden Krise Afrikas wohl nicht wirklich angesprochen wurden. Wenn die “Berliner Zeitung” titelte “Demokratie_steht_nicht_an_erster_Stelle”, kann man wohl angesichts der brennenden Probleme Afrikas damit leben, zumal oft genug diese angeblich durch Bomben herbeigeführt werden sollte. Man sollte ja auch nicht vergessen, dass der Westen sich den größeren Teil seiner Geschichte wirtschaftlich ohne Anwesenheit umfänglicher Demokratie entwickelt hat. Entscheidender ist wohl die Rolle des Westens in eben der Entwicklung Afrikas. Dabei ist natürlich Frieden eine wichtige Grundlage von Entwicklung. Und, ob da die Rede_von_Merkel die Sache getroffen hat, erscheint doch sehr fraglich.

Wenn die Kanzlerin sagte, “Wir müssen uns stärker auf die jeweilige eigene wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Länder fokussieren”, fragt man sich, ob das nicht angeblich seit Jahrzehnten die Maxime der “Entwicklungszusammenarbeit” gewesen sein soll? Die Wahrheit ist aber, dass alle Länder, die sich wirtschaftlich, also auch industriell entwickelt haben, dies zumindest über einen erheblichen Zeitraum verbunden mit einem gewissen Protektionismus getan haben. Die für große Teile der Welt erzwungene “Freihandels-Religion” steht dem diametral entgegen. Hinzu kommt die weitgehende Befreiung der Kapitalströme. So ist die Entwicklung einer Binnenwirtschaft, die es auch braucht, um im Welthandel erfogreich zu sein, kaum zu gewährleisten.

Die Rede_von_Niema_Movassat, MdB der LINKEn, im Bundestag war da wohl prophetisch.

Was der Minister und die Afrika-Konferenz zu den Fluchtursachen verschweigen

Viele Menschen reden vom “nachkolonialen Zeitalter”, aber ob dieser Begriff berechtigt ist, erscheint bei genauer Betrachtung mehr als fraglich.

US_AFRICOM breitet sich sozusagen krakenartig in Afrika aus. Unter US-Führung kämpft die NATO gegen “den Terror”, der insbesondere vom “Islamischen Staat” und seinen Ablegern kommt. Überall präsentieren die USA und ihre Verbündeten sich als “Feuerwehr_in_Afrika”. Es wird aber immer deutlicher, wie sehr die USA und Verbündete den islamistischen_Terrorismus unterstützen. Es liegt also der Verdacht nahe, dass der Westen einschließlich Deutschlands – das zwar nicht in vorderster Reihe beteiligt ist, aber immer wieder Hilfsdienste leistet – nicht Fluchtursachen bekämpft, sondern diese mit schafft!

Eine besondere Rolle dabei spielt Frankreich, das lange Zeit einen eigenständigen (Neo)-Kolonialismus betrieb, sich aber nun weitgehend in die US-Strategie eingefügt hat. Zum “Dank” dafür darf es seine ehemaligen Kolonien weiter aussaugen. Dies geschieht durch das CFA_Franc System, das das Finanzsystem dieser Länder völlig in Frankreichs Hände legt.

Man lese die Worte des ehemaligen französischen Staatspräsidenten Sarkozy in einem Interview:

„Frankreich kann seinen früheren Kolonien nicht erlauben, ihre eigene Währung zu schaffen, um die totale Kontrolle über ihre Zentralbanken zu haben. Sollte das geschehen, wäre es eine Katastrophe für das (französische) Finanzsystem, die Frankreich auf Platz 20 in der Weltwirtschaft verweisen würde. Daher ist kommt es nicht infage, dass Frankreich seine (ehemaligen) Kolonien in Afrika ihre eigene Währung haben lässt.“

Daher wohl hat Frankreich tatkräftig den USA geholfen, die Libyen_kaputtgemacht haben, was einen Flüchtlingsstrom über das Mittelmeer mit Tausenden von Toten verursacht hat. Ein wesentliches Motiv für dieses Menschheitsverbrechen lag darin, dass von Libyen der Versuch ausging, Afrika eine Goldwährung zu geben. Zu dieser Aktion ist die US-Regierung von einer Frau gebracht worden: Hillary Clinton! Ihre schamlosen Worte nach der Untat waren über Gaddafi: “Wir kamen, wir sahen, er starb! Hahaha!”.

Paul Kagame, ein besonderes “Symbol der Zusammenarbeit”?

“Prominenter” Teilnehmer der Konferenz war der ruandische Präsident Paul Kagame, der eine Rede hielt. Medial muss der Mann als besonderes “Symbol der Zusammenarbeit” zwischen dem Westen und Afrika angesehen werden. Ist er das vielleicht in ganz anderer Weise, als es dargestellt wird?

Paul Kagame und seine RPF (Ruandische Patriotische Front) wurden im Westen seit 1994 als “Befreier Ruandas” und als “Retter der Tutsi” gefeiert. Das durch Kagame und seine Bewegung mit ihrem Angriffskrieg auf Ruanda erzeugte Drama des Landes wurde medial zum “systematischen Genozid” an der Tutsi-Minderheit Ruandas erklärt.

Die Geschichte ist allerdings keineswegs unwidersprochen, was ziemlich umfänglich in den Medien verschwiegen wird. Eine bedeutende Rolle im deutschsprachigen Raum in der Aufarbeitung hatte dabei Dr. Helmut Strizek, insbesondere mit seinem Buch “Clinton am Kivusee” (SOLON-line). Man könnte mit Fug und Recht zur medialen Verdrehung der Geschichte Ruandas sagen: dreiundzwanzig_Jahre_lang_tolldreiste_Desinformation! Es ist festzustellen, dass der größere Teil der rund 900.000 Opfer der RPF-Eroberung Ruandas Hutu waren. Die verdrehte Darstellung der Geschichte passte auch gut ins westliche Bild “afrikanischer Barbarei”. Tatsächlich war nicht nur Uganda beteiligt, sondern die US-Politik_war_treibende_Kraft der ganzen Sache.

Es geht um den Kongo

Letztlich geht es um die DR Kongo, damals noch Zaire. Unter dem Vorwand, geflüchtete “Hutu-Genocidaire” zu verfolgen, begann zusammen mit Uganda die Invasion des Kongo, die bis zum heutigen Tag andauert. Der Reichtum_des_Kongo an Bodenschätzen lockt. Dabei spielt das Erz Coltan eine besondere Rolle, da seine Bestandteile für Mobiltelefone, Computer und anderes elektronisches Gerät gebraucht wird. So ist Ruanda_mittlerweile_bedeutenster_Coltan-Exporteur, obwohl es selbst praktisch über kein Coltan verfügt, und nun sogar eine Fabrik_zur_Coltan-Verarbeitung errichten lässt. Diesem beutelüsternen Treiben Ruandas (und Ugandas) weitgehend in westlichem Auftrag sind schon bis Anfang 2005 laut “Spiegel” 3,8 Millionen Menschen im Kongo zum Opfer gefallen. Die Zahl mag sich inzwischen mehr als verdoppelt haben.

Das westliche Bild von Kagame bröckelt

Kagames Taten, sowohl im Kongo als auch im eigenen Land, aber wohl auch in Drittländern sind kaum noch zu übersehen, auch, wenn allerdings in den westlichen Medien das Grund-Narrativ weiter hochgehalten wird. So schreibt selbst die Deutsche Welle, ansonsten ja am Mainstream-Narrativ zu Ruanda orientiert:

“Ruandas geschasster Ex-Geheimdienstchef Patrick Karegeya, den Kagame des Verrats beschuldigte, wurde am Neujahrsabend 2014 erwürgt in einem südafrikanischen Hotel aufgefunden. Die Hintergründe der Tat sind zwar bis heute ungeklärt. Doch kurz nach Bekanntwerden des Mordes sprach Kagame eine öffentliche Drohung aus, die für viele eindeutiger ist als jeder Beweis: „Man kann Ruanda nicht betrügen und denken, dass man davon kommt“, sagte der Präsident, „auch die, die noch am Leben sind, werden sehen: Es ist nur eine Frage der Zeit.“”.

Ja, und man staune, im Januar 2016 kritisierten_die_USA_die_Kandidatur_Kagames für eine dritte Amtszeit. Auch Abgeordnete des EU-Parlaments haben den ungebremsten Zorn des ruandischen Staatschefs erregt, es folgte ein „Einreiseverbot_gegen_die_Herrschaft_des_Westens“. Ja, es scheint so, als sei Kagame zutiefst enttäuscht, dass diejenigen (nämlich insbesondere die US-Machtelite), die ihn zu seinen Taten und dem Plündern des Kongo zu ihren Gunsten ispiriert haben, abrücken. Da fällt dann schon mal die Maske und so klagt Kagame in einer Rede, dass diejenigen, mit denen man in Korruption (gemeint sind wohl besonders die Schandtaten im Kongo) vereint war, sich zu Anklägern aufschwingen (bei Min. 6:26):

Auch Burundi gefährdet

Bis in die jüngste Zeit streckt Kagame auch die Finger zum Nachbarland Burundi aus. Kagames Regierung schreckt jedenfalls nicht vor Zwangsrekrutierungen von Exil-Burundiern in bewaffnete Gruppen zur Destabilisierung Burundis zurück (https://soundcloud.com/ann-garrison/flashpoints-rwanda-conscripts), wie auch der Putschversuch im Mai 2015 in Burundi fraglos auf Ruanda zurückging. Kagame hat mit diktatorischem Druck die verfassungsmäßigen Begrenzungen seiner eigenen Präsidentschaft ausgehebelt, nutzt aber die tatsächlich falschen Anschuldigungen des Verfassungsbruches gegen den burundischen Präsidenten zur Erhöhung der Spannungen. Wäre es nicht so gefährlich, wäre es eine Farce zu nennen. Gedacht war dies wohl, um das Nachbarland zur Verbreiterung von Ruandas Machtbasis unter seine Kontrolle zu bringen. Die derzeitegen Auseinandersetzungen innerhalb der US-Machtelite mögen Burundi zur Zeit vor solchen Entwicklungen bewahren.

Die deutschen Organisatoren der G20 Afrikakonferenz ficht es nicht an

Selbst die milde, aber wachsende Kritik aus dem Westen (selbst den USA) hat die Bundesregierung bei der Organisation der Konferenz nicht angefochten, sie haben Kagame trotz alledem eine bedeutende Bühne geboten. Möglicherweise kommt zusätzlich ins Spiel, dass Kagames Regime enge_Bande_zu_Israel entwickelt hat.

Eines scheint klar: „Gehilfen“ des Imperiums, wie seinerzeit Mobutu, sind keineswegs sicher davor, irgendwann ersetzt zu werden. Dies passiert besonders dann, wenn sie glauben, sich ein Stück vom „Herren“ entfernen zu können. Sollte der Moment kommen, wo die US-Machtelite den „Stellvertreter-Kolonialisten“ Paul Kagame fallen lässt bzw. ihn stürzen lässt, wird das mit „der Liebe zur Demokratie“ auf den Lippen der US-Politiker geschehen.

Was kann Afrika noch vom Westen, speziell den USA erwarten?

Mittlerweile scheint die Neocon-Fraktion der US-Machtelite die Fäden wieder recht fest in der Hand zu haben. Auch Trump ist wohl inzwischen „auf_Linie_gebracht“. Tatsächlich war Clinton die „Wahl“ der Neocons, es ging da wohl was schief. Nicht unerwähnt sollte dabei bleiben, dass Clinton die Speerspitze der Neocons (US Neokonservatismus) in der Demokratischen Partei ist. Clinton hat die Neocon Victoria Nuland („fuck the EU“) in die Obama-Administration gebracht. Nuland ist die Frau von Robert Kagan (der inzwischen öffentlich für Clinton wirbt). Kagan ist Mitbegründer des „Project for the New American Century“.

Sinistre Worte aus dem „Project for the New American Century“

Um die „Visionen“ dieser Neocons vom „Project“ zu begreifen, sollte man deren Papier „Rebuilding America´s Defenses“ vom September 2000 sehr genau studieren (Autor u. a. Paul Wolfowitz). Dort findet sich auf S. 60 eine besonders bedrohliche Passage zu möglichen Konzepten der US-Politik in Afrika (und Asien):

„And advanced forms of biological warfare that can “target” specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool.“

Übersetzt heißt das: „Und fortgeschrittene Formen der biologischen Kriegsführung, die auf bestimmte Gentypen „zielen“ können, könnten die biologische Kriegsführung aus dem Reich des Terrors zu einem nützlichen politischen Instrument wandeln.“

Hier geht es sicher nicht um den Genotypus des weißen Angelsachsen, sondern Afrika und Asien sind im Visier! Dabei kann die spezifische „Angriffsfähigkeit“ natürlich auch durch eine „Anwendungs-Region“ ersetzt werden. Es handelt sich jedenfalls um die direkte Fortsetzung der Träume von der „schwarzen Bombe“ im „Project_Coast“ (geleitet von „Dr_Death“) des damaligen Apartheid-Regimes, um „biologischen Rassenkrieg“!

Wie lange soll die Zerstörung Afrikas weitergehen?

Viele europäische Regierungen spielen bei der Zerstörung Afrikas und der übrigen Umgebebung Europas immer wieder mit, ganz so, als könnte dieses Zerstörungswerk nicht auch zur „Sprengung_Europas“ führen! Solange die Destabilisierungs-Strategie gegen und Ausplünderung von Afrika weitergeht, werden auch die Flüchtlingströme nicht abreißen.

Afrika hat jedenfalls noch einen langen Kampf um seine wirkliche Befeiung vor sich! Europa und Deutschland spielen dabei bisher eine sehr unrühmliche, um nicht zu sagen verbrecherische Rolle.

Der Kolonialismus beendet? Nein, er ist stärker denn je. Und im Kern der Katastrophe? Der globalisierte Kapitalismus!

G20 Africa Partnership Conference: Some Questions, also concerning Paul Kagame

On the 12^th of May in connection with the G20 meeting in Hamburg there was the G20 Africa Partnership Conference taking place in Berlin. A whole number of African Presidents attending, a lot was talked about partnership and development.

What Kind of Partnership?

Western soldiers roaming all over Africa, a whole number of them under the umbrella of US_AFRICOM (violating the spirit of African liberation and African_Unity) European soldiers as well, a lot of them French. The West is pretending to make Africa “safe”. Safe for what? There are many indications that they´re just trying to make Africa safe for Western plunder or, where their plunder isn´t yet actual, to destabilize and de-state as a preparation for more future plunder. Is that a “wicked” suspicion?

What about the financial colonialism of the French in Africa? That alone is a sound proof that “Colonialism_is_alive”. What happened when Gaddafi tried to bring an African gold currency on the way? Clinton_emails_reveal_the_true_motive for the “intervention” in Libya, where the French cooperated closely with the US. From the repercussions of the Libyan drama came turmoil in Mali, giving the French more chances. Make Africa “safe” from IS? One has to know West_created_the_Islamic_State for its own ends! Make Africa “safe for Democracy”? Maybe with uranium_coated_amunition? And to have a Democracy as rotten as in the US? Be sure, as long as the US Power Elite has the leading hand in the “West´s partnership with Africa” there will be no such thing as true Democracy created by them!

Paul Kagame, the “symbolic figure” of Western Partnership with Africa

The real symbol of that deadly partnership, which is in deed the new_scramble_for_Africa is the Rwandan President Kagame, who delivered a speech at the conference, more or less praising Neoliberalism. This man has been celebrated throughout the West and throughout the years since 1994 as the “savior of Rwanda and of the Tutsis”, which was rather less than “half_of_the_truth_but_a_whole_lie”. In reality Kagame and his RPF waged a murderous war of aggression (according to Nuremberg principles the utmost crime) against Rwanda, which he did from Uganda, with heavy support from the US and many Western countries. Following almost a million died in Rwanda, but many more, possibly over eight million people lost their lives in DR_Congo., in fact as many as have died during the time Congo was the “private” Colony of Belgian King Leopold II. This was tolerated based on the pretext that the Rwandan tragedy would have been an organized Genocide attempt by the Hutu majority against the Tutsi. With this deformed story the RPF legitimized the invasion of Congo (together with Uganda), pretending to get hold of the “genocidaires”. What was the real aim?

Proxy Colonialism, but Kagame might be Exchanged one Day

The aim of this (ongoing) invasion is the riches of DR Congo. Congo is full of Minerals. With the computer age the mineral Coltan has reached overall importance for mobile phones, computers and that like (of which the public should have more_knowledge). Already in 2002 the amount of stolen_goods_was_monumental, no matter that 2011 in a lousy little theater show Rwanda_repatriated_90_tons_of_Congolese-minerals having been “smuggled” into Rwanda. But in the end US_companies_are_exploiting_the_Congo. Actually DR Congo is on top of all deadly hells of this Earth, its fate somehow mirrored by West_Papua being plundered by Indonesia in favor of the West.

To broaden the power basis for his grip on Congo, Kagame even seems_meddling_in_neighbouring_Burundi. Obviously the aim was to create a situation, which could be presented to the world as reason for a Rwandan intervention in order to “save the Burundian Tutsi”, possibly even to unite the two countries under RPF leadership.  But the US Empire seems now not too much in favour of such developments, especially in the present situation of conflicts within the US Power Elite.

Anyway, it is more and more difficult for Kagame and his regime to hide the crimes and atrocities in Congo, partly reflected in the UN_Project_Mapping_on_DR_Congo, though a leaked_first_draft was later on softened (due to US pressure). Very delicate is that Kagame fights growing Western critics by the confession that he joined the West in corruption to plunder Congo in an interesting speech (at 6:26), really remarkable:

But, in the end even it will not be his crimes, not even because of a murder_possibly_commited_on_a_BBC_journalist in London by his murder_inc, for which the US Power Elite will drop him one day. It might be for his “arrogant” belief that the henchman can do without his master! The fact that a Canadian company helps to build a first_coltan_Processing_plant in Rwanda (paid_for_by_the_genocide_inCongo) doesn´t really mean it will please his US master. Also the Chinese involvement into the East-African_standard_gauge_network including Rwanda might also possibly make his master´s eyebrow raise. Mobutu wasn´t really rewarded for little flirts with China and North-Korea. But, if it comes to that point, the US Power Elite will have Kagame toppled with “love for Democracy” on their lips!

One thing is clear, Africa has long struggles_for_freedom_and_social_justice ahead! In these strugglesalso for genuine development and industrialization the natural allies will surely be other African countries and in general the BRICS states. The Western countries as dominated by the US and Neoliberalism with its “freetrade religion” would only be partners for eternal dependency and resource slavery!

London: Grenfell Tower in Flames

A very tragic fire has set the Grenfell_Tower in London ablaze. A dozen people dead, many more injured and a whole number of people still missing is a terrible record. My thoughts are with the victims and their families. But there is more on my mind as well.

The cause of the fire not yet explored, but the question arises whether the tragedy might not be the continuation of the terror_attacks in Great Britain, perpetrated by whomever they might have been perpetrated. Surely a defect fridge could not have caused that giant fire! But that´s not the only question. Since quite some time many residents have complained about lack of fire protection. Looking at the blaze it appears that the fassade of the building was anything else but fire protected, the usage of such materials appears as a criminal action:

Heute hat ein furchtbares Feuer_im_Grenfell_Tower in London stattgefunden. Mindestens 12 Tote und sehr viele Verletzte sind zu beklagen. Weitere Menschen werden noch vermisst. Zu den Gedanken um die Opfer und ihre Angehörigen gesellen sich aber weitere Gedanken. Wie kann Scotland Yard vor Klärung der Brandursache einen Terroranschlag (von wem auch immer verübt) “ausschließen”, nachdem eine Terrorwelle durch Europa gezogen ist?

Aber, sehr viele weitere Fragen drängen sich einem auf jeden Fall auf. Schon lange haben sich Mieter (sogar in einer Initiative) über mangelnden Brandschutz beklagt. Als kriminell kann man wohl bezeichnen, welche Fassadenmaterialien man bei dem Hochhaus zur Dämmung benutzt hat, diese haben offenbar das Haus im Nu in eine Fackel verwandelt:

Und, erstaunlich, mit diesem ungeheuren Feuer, das durch das gesamte Gebäude gerast ist, es wollte nicht einstürzen! Great Britain: What to Make of the Terrible Attacks?

The European public is alarmed by a series of Terror attacks throughout the last year into June this year. There were three events in Great Britain, 22^nd of March the „Westminster Attack“, 22^nd of May the „Manchester Bombing“, and on the 2^nd of June the attack on London Bridge and Borough Market. According to the media like the Express over 30 deaths and an even higher number of severely injured people have to be mourned. The Telegraph states anyway that by far less people fell victim to Terror in Great Britain than in previous times (like during IRA bombings) and in comparison to other countries.

Origin not undisputed

But the origin of the attacks is not undisputed. The reputable economist and political analyst Paul Craig Roberts states that the alleged terror attacks resemble Operation-Gladio bombing attacks. Quite a number of Analysts note with astonishment that passports and ids are mysteriously discovered in the wake of terror attacks.

But there are also very concrete questions on the concrete incidents. Ímportant questions arose for example, why on the Westminster attack many injured people were oviously taken_to_a_hotel_instead_of_a_hospital just opposite. In this very detailed video_about_the_alleged_Manchester_bomber irrespective of the other details you see at 8:21 of it an amazing point about a photo-shopped image of the young man.

Well, leaving the details of the events and the question of how much of it was fake at all and staged or not, also if the horror and sufferings of the affected people were real – which could also quite well have been – the basic question is whether the people behind were the people we´re told.

Did the Chicken come home to roost?

On the recent terror attacks in Iran, claimed by IS, the White House released a statement going: “We grieve and pray for the innocent victims of the terrorist attacks in Iran, and for the Iranian people, who are going through such challenging times. We underscore that states that sponsor terrorism risk falling victim to the evil they promote.” (underlined by the author).

Thes ridiculous allegations might fit to another country. One feels tempted to ask whether the statement was indeed meant for Great Britain (sarcastic remark), since it is among the countries which have sponsored the Islamic State. As unfit the sentence was with respect to Iran, the triple strategy of the Western Elites is to let their military go into the Islamic world wherever they please, sponsor Islamist Terrorism there at the same time and discriminate Muslims in the West socially. This could surely drive young frustrated people into madness, seeing only the first and the third part of these acts. So it can not be ruled out that from time to time someone might be driven into amok activities.

Devout Muslims?

Obvious is at the same time that many of those ones implicated into terrorist activities are far from being devout Muslims but either small criminals, drug or alcohol addicts. Even the New York Times admitted that a high percentage of the “just prevented terror attacks” in the US were inspired by the FBI. Indeed according to what is said up, it could be easy to recruit frustrated younger (or older) people into “mad activities”, the more if some false promises are made, since usually they might not be aware of the suicidal nature of their actions. So the question is: are only the prevented attacks staged or also many of those ones really happening?

The Century of “False Flag” and the question `cui bono?´

As much terror as Gladio has created in “allied” countries, it always has been ascribed to the times of “Cold War”, which has been over beginning of the 90ies, as far as the “official reading” is concerned. But it was never over for the US Power Elite and its associates.

On Nine_Eleven 2001, just one year later, they had it! Astonishingly it even didn´t need an airplane to bring WTC7 down, housing many government agencies. And almost with certainty it can be said that the planes hitting the Twin Towers were no civil airliners but radio controlled military jets. Now, let´s be clear, if ever, it will take long before there would be the chance to reconstruct all details of the event. But there are dozens of details that proof without doubt that the official narrative is false and a cover up. The operation and its cover up were very extended ones which could only have been orchestrated by the “Deep State” of the USA, irrespective who else profited because of the dirty secrets behind the event and resulting blackmail power.

Are there any Restrictions to the Powerful?

Since this Nine Eleven it should be clear that there are no restrictions to the activities of the US Deep State and its associates in allied (better say vassal) countries especially like Great Britain (which must not necessarily include governments).

Since this is clear to those ones who want to see, the overall important question with “abnormal events” is always: “cui bono?”, who benefits or who might have calculated to benefit (since even the powerful could miscalculate)?

Was it the Upcoming Election in GB Frightening the US Power Elite?

There were quite indications that many people in GB realized that the Brexit alone wouldn´t mean GB´s society would now become just and fair. The more Theresa May tried to present herself as the “Iron Lady´s” clone they might have smelled what is coming to them. Leftist Jeremy_Corbyn and his Labour Party gained more and more popularity.

By the way, very opposite to “the line” he even had previously announced British_Labour_government would_immediately_recognize_a_state_of_Palestine. Surely that doesn´t make Israel´s government and MOSSAD his friend! And surely he´s neither a “Darling” of the US Power Elite. That makes me ponder.

In case as being Power Elite you want to keep a government that pleases you in power, many times terror and the “Strategy of Tension” works, since a “tough” government (even being tough on the people) is many times thought to be a “better protection”.

After all, nobody knows, what might have come out of the elections if those attacks would not have taken place, though Corby rightfully blamed May to be responsible for shortages in police spending during her time as a minister.

All this not “beyond any doubt”, but worth thinking about it!

I´d not claim absolute certainty of my assessments, all said about the attacks in Great Britain might not beyond any doubt, but I claim the right to speculate. And so should do all journalists. A genuine mistrust towards the powerful is the driving force to find the truth by further researches and to secure the public against misuse of power.

To make it clear: enemies don´t apologize, allies do for “friendly fire“! Anymore questions?

Extraterrestral life, Extraterrestral Intelligence, Important?

To be clear, I´m not against space technology (though at the moment industrial nations, first and foremost the US, are turning the near earth orbit into a waste zone). One day that technology might save mankind from a destastrous impact. What I doubt is the necessity of spending fabulous sums on projects like SETI and that like in order to find extraterrestral life and possibly intelligence!

I do not deny that it is an interesting philosophical question whether life exists on other planets. Surely it does, since life comes from nature and its laws of Physics and Chemistry. But it is also sure that very special conditions are necessary to create life. Many more conditions are necessary to create such stable conditions allowing intelligent life to develop over enormous periods of time. The coincidents that created our moon to stabilize Earth´s axis are very, very unlikely to happen very often near planets in the habitable zone around stars.

When it comes to the question of primitive life in our solar system it might be legitimate to “look” (in connection with general space technology) as long as a possibly dangerous direct contact with Earth life is ruled out. What appears absurd to me is the spending of gigantic sums on projects like SETI, the more when trying to contact “extraterrestral civilizations”.

First and foremost, what contact if exchange of messages would take hundreds or thousands of years (because of distances)? If some intelligent life would already have come near to Earth, would we like to be discovered by “people like us”, but with a technology far ahead of ours? Would we like the whole of mankind experience what the indeginous inhabitants of many places in this world have experienced with white man´s arrival? I think we would be mad!

We should spend that energy to find out how to make mankind more peaceful and how to neutralize those powers that (shouldn´t) be, which are turning almost the whole world into a hell of poverty and injustice and into a battlefield!

But my suspicion is that much of this is meant to entertain us with pseudo questions and distract us exactly from those questions of existence. Let´s make use of our terrestral intelligence (provided we have some)!

Außerirdisches Leben, außerirdische Intelligenz, wichtig?

Um es gleich klar zu sagen: ich bin nicht gegen Weltraumtechnologie (so sehr bestimmte Länder dabei sind den nahen Weltraum mit Weltraumschrott zu “verseuchen”), diese Technologie mag eines Tages die Menschheit vor einem katastrophalen Einschlag bewahren. Was ich für irrsinnig halte, ist die Verwendung ungeheurer Summen für Projekte wie SETI, die weit entferntes intelligentes Leben finden sollen und, wenn möglich, Kontakt herstellen sollen.

Ich leugne keineswegs den philosophischen Reiz der Frage nach Leben im Universum. Sicher gibt es dieses, denn Leben beruht auf den Gesetzen der Physik und Chemie. Aber es erfordert Gegebenheiten, die sehr selten sind, umsomehr, wenn es sich um Gegebenheiten handelt, die über sehr, sehr lange Zeit stabil bleiben, um die so unglaublich lange Zeit für die Entwicklung von Intelligenz zu gewährleisten. Die Zufälle, die nötig waren, um uns diesen Mond zu bescheren, der die Erdachse stabil hält, sind seltener als ein Sechser im Lotto!

Wenn es um die Suche nach primitivem Leben im Sonnensystem (z.B. Unter dem Eis der Monde um die Gasriesen) geht, nun gut, im Zuge der Weltraumtechnologie, solange man einen gefährlichen Kontakt mit irdischem Leben vermeidet.

Was Kontakte mit außerirdischen Zivilisationen angeht, was sollen Kontakte, die wegen der Entfernungen hunderte oder tausende Jahre in Anspruch nehmen würden? Wäre so eine Zivilisation schon in Erdnähe gelangt, wäre Kontaktaufnahme sehr problematisch. Wollen wir von “Leuten wie uns”, die uns technologisch weit überlegen wären, entdeckt werden? Wollen wir als Menschheit insgesamt die Erfahrung machen, die Menschen an vielen Stellen der Welt beim Auftauchen der Europäer machten? Wir müssten verrückt sein!

Wir sollten diese Energien lieber verwenden, um herauszufinden, wie wir die Erde friedlicher machen könnten, und wie wir die Kräfte neutralisieren könnten, die diese Erde in eine Hölle der Ungerechtigkeit und Ungleichheit verwandeln und sie zu einem weltweiten Schlachtfeld machen wollen!

Aber der Verdacht besteht, dass wir von genau diesen Fragen abgelenkt werden sollen. Lasst uns lieber von unserer irdischen Intelligenz (so wir welche besitzen) Gebrauch machen!
